Step off the deck and onto the beach. Watch the Powell River ferry come in. Dig clams at low tide; kayak at high tide — or simply stroll along the beach. Salmon jump within feet of the shore. Evening sunsets are followed by starlit nights and a passing parade of cruise ships plying the waters of Georgia Strait on their way to Alaska.
